Our typical turnaround time for in-house production is 5-7 business days from the time your artwork is approved through the Graphics Department or submitted.

Our typical turnaround time for outsourced production is 7-10 business days from the time your artwork is approved through the Graphics Department or submitted. **Please keep in mind; shipping delays can occur and push your estimated turnaround time for outsourced jobs.

A rush fee may be required if your deadline is not within our turnaround time depending on production and graphic availability.

Graphic Design is $80 per hour with a minimum of $45 to set up for printing. 

The minimum design fee of $45 is required prior to our Graphics Department beginning your job. 

The Graphic Design minimum fee has a 3-proof cap between client and Designer before additional design fees occur.

Once the client approves the final design, they are responsible thereafter for any typos, mistakes, or discrepancies found in the completed artwork.

Proofs are held for 30 days. If no response is communicated, the client's account will be charged the price for any Graphic Design completed if a deposit was not received upfront. 

Your job will not be printed if the hard copy or digital proof is not approved.

When requesting a quote, please allow 48-72 working hours. This allows the BRQP team to research, confirm stock, and provide you with the best possible pricing for your job.

Quotes are good for 30 days.

Quotes are subjects to review of submitted artwork and files. 

Quotes will vary with quantity, paper stock, and availability. 

If your quote is approved via email, phone, or in person and the job is sent back to graphics, a design fee will occur whether you decide to print your job with BRQP.
